What helps

For a bug report, these details narrow it down quickly:

• Device model and iOS version (and watchOS, for the Apple Watch app)
• App version — shown at the bottom of the settings screen
• What you did, and what happened instead
• A screenshot, if you can

Worth checking first

• A widget or the Apple Watch is out of date: open the app once. Changes to the goal and the theme are redistributed while the app is running.
• The goal is not adjusting: check that automatic adjustment is on under Settings > Goal, and that location and Health permissions were granted.
• Nothing appears in Health: check Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > Hydro Dots and confirm writing is allowed.
