Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Hydro Dots ("the app"). By using the app you agree to them.

1. Health notice

The daily goal shown in the app is an estimate derived from body weight, weather and activity. It is not medical advice. If you have a medical condition, a restriction on fluid or electrolyte intake, or you are pregnant, follow your physician's instructions. Do not change a medical decision on the basis of a number in this app.

2. Storage and backup

Your records are stored on your device only. The developer keeps no copy and cannot restore records lost to a lost device, a reset, or deleting the app. Use your device backup if the records matter to you.

3. In-app purchases

The app offers the following purchases. Apple handles payment; the developer never receives your card details.

• Pro (one-time, non-consumable): hides the banner on the History and Recap screens and unlocks every colour theme. Use "Restore purchases" to get it back on a new device with the same Apple ID. Buy in early and you are named a Founding Member.
• Themes outside Pro: without Pro you can use the two standard themes (Cream and OLED). If a purchase is refunded, Pro themes revert to the standard appearance.
• Tips (consumable): voluntary support for the developer. They unlock nothing. You may buy them as often as you like.

Refunds follow Apple's policy; the developer cannot issue them directly. Please use Apple's refund process.

4. Advertising

The app shows banner ads served by Google AdMob. To deliver them, your advertising identifier (IDFA), the approximate region inferred from your IP address, and your interactions with ads may be sent to Google LLC. You can change your tracking choice in the prompt shown on first use, or later under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Declining does not remove ads (buy Pro for that) — it only makes them less relevant.

5. Prohibited use

• Modifying, reverse-engineering or redistributing the app
• Using the app for unlawful purposes
• Infringing the rights of the developer or any third party

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damage arising from use or inability to use the app, and makes no guarantee about the availability of Apple-provided features such as weather, Health and Game Center.

7. Changes and discontinuation

The developer may change or discontinue the app without prior notice.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute relating to the app.
